hi my name is izzi i come from ardrossan in ayrshire im plantin veg for first time this year so if anyone out htere would like to give me some advice it will be very welcome .im startin off with some carrots,broccli,pumkins,beetroot,onions&garlic.ive heard plantin garlic inbetween carrots can help with carrot fly is this true?ive just got couple raised beds built.one thing i ive noticed i planted flowers last year &all my marigolds were eaten by slugs so thinkin of plantin them round my beds hopefully keep them of ma veggies will let u no if it works.will get some photos up soon as i can work out how cos im new to computer too ha ha well happy gardening com on the veg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
