Have any members installed one of those garden bee-hives? Any problems or pitfalls with these???

I too love bees and I even like wasps which are usually the first to appear. www.nhm.ac.uk is a site where identifying bees is explained in steps. It is not often we can get them to stay still long enough to positively identify them and most of us do not have the equipment to take this quality of photo. Well done. As gardeners we do need to start worrying about the lack of bees. Single as opposed to double flowers have been identified as being more beneficial to the bee.
