It looks a bit like Tradescantia.

The flowers certainly look like that, and since I now have a botanical name, I found that the common name is Spiderwort; the leaves are long and narrow, and the plant is about 2-foot tall, higher if you straighten the leaves out. The seed pods look like iris pods too... But obviously no relation?
