Not sure that this is as appealing or unusual as the white squirrel but I have never seen one before. Found on a hebe plant in my back garden. Are there such things as albino spiders?

It looks amazing on those deep coloured leaves, nice photo.

Looks like a Crab Spider, they tend to be the same colour as the flowers they hide on so their prey don't spot them. Nice photo !
