Flower Pot Bread Recipe -

whilst waiting for the damage to my muscles, caused by
the Virus, to heal, I have been amusing myself adapting
some of Paul Hollywood’s Bread Recipes to bake in my
table-top £29.99 (Argos) electric mini-oven. I produce a small loaf every day of various flavours. Its great as it
doesnt make the kitchen hot like a conventional oven.
I found the book with ‘remainders’ in a GC for £5.
Paul says the ancient Egyptians used to bake this bread in cone shaped terracotta flower pots.
Obviously I havent tried all the 100 recipes in the book
£14.99 ISBN 978-0-7537-2490-3 but if anyone wants to
have a go please contact me PM for quantities and timing,
now I’ve learned not to burn the crust !
