Winter day at RHS Rosemoor

Well, the sun came out last Friday and after what had seen to have been an eternity of rain, I managed to get my little trip up to rosemoor before my replacement hip op this coming Friday. It was a cold frosty old day but the winter sunshine more than made up for it. Not much in the way of flowers but I think there is as much enjoyment in the shrubs and trees, and with the sun adding a lot of contrast to the garden it did make it an enjoyable day out

I'm so sorry I missed this wonderful blog, Davey.
You do capture plants in the very best way! Beautiful colours and definition. I am pleased you made your visit here before your operation too.
I hope you are doing okay? Hoping your op was successful and your recuperation is going well.
Best wishes to you, I hope you've managed to enjoy the festive season despite the operation.
