Brought my 2 gals to the beach this evening. While the kids mess up the sand, my helper (Nas) and I were picking shells and stones ….again …

It’s the school hols this week and the beach was congested with teenagers and kids. There were also many tourists.

Clouds look like cotton today

Nas found a crab and the gals were excited. She’s (Nas) a big “kid” and i think she enjoyed herself even more than the kids, disturbing the holes in the sand.

When the sun set, she decided to bring her new “pet” back with us….

Her “pet” is now in the back yard. I wonder if she’s thought of a name for it …

Just a fantastic spot - beautiful beach. That crab is a little cutie - is he going to get a home? Enjoyed seeing your spot on the east coast.

Marquerite, you are right. It did die (so quickly) Probably died of exhaustion, trying to climb out of the flower pot (since last nite)

Such a waste. the gals were excited to see the crab in the flower pot.

Spritz, you are welcome to join in :) Actually, i think the tourists stay in the hotel nearby .... (10 minutes walk, give or take)
