We went to the reservoir to see the monkeys. They were everywhere, that you gotta drive CAREFULLY, in order not to run them over.

Apologies for poor quality of the pictures. I was afraid to go near the monkeys especially when i have my 2 kids with me.

water catchment area is looking calm and peaceful (just before the rain)

My previous visit to this place was 10 years (or more) ago. I certainly hope my next visit won’t be 10 years later.

with 2 children you are bound to go back again. what a beautiful place resevoirs can be. looks very tranquil despite the stormy sky. monkeys are such characters.

Sea, i think you are right ... my elder one already miss the monkeys with long tail .... she wants to go again :)

TT, yes, it is interesting, the other side is forest, some trees over 100 years old ....

Autumn, the arum lily died on me many years back..too hot I think...We almost went Pierce reservoir today..but it rained :) they are people fishing and crabbing there on weekends..

JJ, thanks for the warning, my place is extremely hot. You know i apply sunblock and use umbrella when i water the plants ! Looks like gotta re-consider whether to buy this Arum.
