Another blot on the landscape finished.

We had this very difficult area which leads up the garden the one way, and then leads you up another way to the decking, all the levels needed sorting out……….so we bought another arch and this is the start……..

Husband on ladder (before he fell off) no he didnt hurt himself, he sort of bounced… so did the drill!!

And this is the finished article, we have added a lavender path, and enlarged one of the beds, the arch is planted with a rose and a honeysuckle.

You've made that look really lovely. Looks like you have lots of ideas already which would be good for the side bit. I like the idea put forward about painting the sheds green. Oops, I'm straying to the other blog.
A great job Dotty. You should feel very proud of it.

Thanks all very much for your kind comments, I really cannot take the praise as hubby did most of the work (lavender path was my idea), we will use that area for containers mostly succulents which will free up the decking for other things, more plants to buy?

It looks lovely and your lavender path is a great idea.

It's odd looking at pictures of dry paths when you look out the window onto soaking wet ones!

Spritz it is such a pain when you cannot get on with things,Skillen glad you like it, I am so glad we bought a solid arch as the ones at the top of the garden are hanging on for dear life (they are metal).

Very nice garden you have there, DD! The Lavender path looks great. It'll smell wonderful when the little bushes get bigger & you brush against them as you walk along the path.
