Warm day with some colour in the garden..

As it’s been a truly nice day here albeit a little windy, so i decided to spend a bit of time in the garden and shed just potting on and general checking on the younger seedlings..

some of the colour here today, :-)

Rose coloured evening Primrose, lovely scent at night…

one of a few fushia’s i have i have this as a gap filler…

I have a raised stony bed and i put these Lobelia’s in there, i didn’t think they’d do quite this well..

A rose my Holly picked, Pink as usual :-)) no name just said Pink ground cover rose…

My raised stony bed, loads of colour there, i plant and just let it do it’s thing… excuse the bricks at the back that’s for next project come autumn….

I get on really well with my local G.C, and as a thanks from them if i spot any plants with seeds on that i like i’m ok to take them, so this is one of them, a pod of Lupinus Arboreus but the purple variety, just got their first true leaves coming…

I couldn’t do a blog without adding this one could i….

And it wouldn’t be me with out a grass pic….

Lastly to finish a water skater’s view of my water lily….

Anyway hope you’ve all had nice weather today and have a good evening, thanks for looking :-)

How lovely, SL. I really like the rose-coloured Evening Primrose; that's one I've never seen. Holly's rose is very pretty, like an old fashioned dog rose - bet the bees love it. How nice to be on such good terms with your GC. I imagine you're a valued customer. It's been a lovely day here too- and yesterday. You could almost believe it's Summer! Must be dreaming...
