Unusual and Rare plant varieties.

I saw this advert as I trawled through the net looking for something on “Horticulture Week” It is a trade magazine. I will not be able to get there but it might be of interest to some of our southern members.

“Specialist growers are set to showcase unusual and rare plant varieties at the Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park on 7 May. Entry is free.”

The linkwhere I found this information.

I'd love it - but sadly it's too far to go. Rare Plant Fairs are amazing places if you love plants! I hope someone is able to go and make us all jealous.

Savil Garden is well worth visiting, plant fair or not. Again, unfortunately a long way off.

I hope others will post news of upcoming events as they are rare here in Scotland and difficult to find out about unless you are a member of a group.

Saville Garden is very close to me! That's three Plant Fairs in quick succession - Syon House on Easter Sunday and Longstock Park on May 2nd. I may have to get another 'Bit On The Side' :-)
