About me

Last June I decided to start a B&B but all energies went into the inside. Now I feel it is time to make the garden attractive, particularly the side garden where all the veg etc are grown. The greenhouse is new to me and so far I have put up some arches just outside greenhouse and yesterday bought and planted 6 rambling roses "Paul's Himalyan Musk" to climb these. Was this a good Choice? I know nothing about roses. I am hoping they will grow quickly to disguise greenhouse. So far in the greenhouse I have planted a lot of seeds (veg and flowers) but it is not heated and today's news is for more cold weather so I am concerned. I have wrapped trays in clear plastic bags to give extra warmth. In another area I need to train 6 climbers up posts. It is sunny and boarders a courtyard - any suggestions? It feels good to share like this with other gardeners. I am good at growing Mange Tout peas!
