when will my honeysuckle vine start to display it's fragrant trumpets?
I was given this vine as a gift and planted it last july.... it has grown rapidly but has not had it's beautiful blossom yet, it is in a sunny location, with little else planted around it.

It would really depend on what type of honeysuckle you have Tinapega. Do you know what it was called? Some honeysuckles flower for a few weeks once a year and other cultivars will flower throughout the summer. Also, you should know that some honeysuckle varieties don't have a fragrance.
Having said that.....honeysuckles usually start flowering in mid June.
