Most stocks are annuals so if that's the case they will flower this year.

Aren't some biennials, too???

if they are the 10 week variety then they will soon bud up and flower. if they are the Brompton type they are as spritz says a biennial and they will flower early spring- mid summer next year.
did you sow the seed at the time the packet suggested? if yes this suggests they are annuals.
hope this helps

they look nice and healthy well done.
