Bedding plants and ground-frost in May?

By Willnot

I live in the east-midlands.
When will it be frost-free safe to plant my tender bedding plants ie: Impatiens, Lobelia etc from the greenhouse?
The Impatiens are already in flower.

I'm in east yorks and i work to the 'rule' of 1st of june. mind having said that we have had snow in june !
