So..these chillies??

Found at the back of my veg basket, lol.

They seem to have dried quite nicely, so do you think I could use them or bin them?

I would use them. I used to grow them in Chile and we always dried them in the sun to use in winter and they looked just like this. We used to dip them in soup but not for too long if they are hot ones!

could they be used for making cooking oils too? I mean like they use dried herbs in oils for flavouring could it be done with dried chillies?

think it would look and taste fab if you could?

Yes use them ...we dry our own chillies and keep them in an airtight container. Very useful if you cannot get to the shops! Your ones look fine.

They'll be hotter now than when they were fresh.
