I was wondering if any1 cud help, im a first time chilli planer an hey seemed to doin really well only now a lot of the leaves are turning yellow an a lot of the flower buds have not opened can any1 give me some help plz

are they in a greenhouse or outside?-- could be too cool other possibilities is over watering-- or underwatering !!! sorry to be vague but its trial & error for me-- my sweet peppers are only just into their final pots and do not have flowers yet, the other thing I can think is to spray them overhead when the plants are in shade as it can help with setting
