I have a small apple tree,in it's 2nd year. It has decided to blossom now!!!! Not sure what to do, do i cut off blossom also will this now mean it won't blossom in the spring.

Leave it the frosts will take them off for you soon enough.

Agree, leave it alone, quite a few fruit trees blooming currently. Sometimes happens.

It will certainly affect the amount of blossom you get in the spring, but with luck you might not have lost all of it. If the tree is only in it's second year, you probably wouldn't have got much anyway. Depending on the variety, apple trees only start cropping properly from about their fourth year.
