If the pods are ripe, then take the seeds out and soak them in warm/hot water overnight. Any seeds that are floating on the surface in the morning aren't viable. The others can be sown in pots or modules in a 50/50 mix of coarse sand and compost. Cover them with sand and leave them in a sheltered corner. The germination period is a long one, possibly several months, so you'll need patience.
