I have a cutting of an old Cytisus Alba tree ? but unlike my own which has small pods and is more of a bush, this has larger orange yellow single seed pods and long frondy growth the tree is about 10 feet high and lives right near the sea I really want to grow from these pods.. what is the best way and when should I please , sorry cant do photos. Chris

If the pods are ripe, then take the seeds out and soak them in warm/hot water overnight. Any seeds that are floating on the surface in the morning aren't viable. The others can be sown in pots or modules in a 50/50 mix of coarse sand and compost. Cover them with sand and leave them in a sheltered corner. The germination period is a long one, possibly several months, so you'll need patience.
