Are you sure? The flowers look too big to be the Cosmos. I reckon it could be a Rudbeckia hirta.

I think rudbeckia too. petals are the wrong shape for cosmos.

I vote for Rudbeckia 'Cherry Brandy' also. Chocolate Cosmos has compound leaves, smaller flowers with a proportionately smaller center, and fewer leaves on the flower stem.
