Impatiens "Congo Cockatoo"

I recently bought an Ipatiens "Congo Cockatoo" plant, quite unusual with exotic "Cockatoo looking" flowers. Does anyone know how I can propagate it - seed or cuttings?

Propagate by cuttings, you don't see this plant very often and it is not hardy.
