Mealy bugs can be treated with a cotton bud and methylated spirit if the infestation is not too bad.

Buy a pesticide spray which treats for both those conditions. Red spider mite does not like humid conditions, so if you've got those, the air's very dry. Increase the moisture in the air around the plant by use of a pebble tray or misting.
