If you mean the ones that grow 'up in the air', Andrew, then no. These are seedheads from the flowers and are rather like TOXIC tomatoes. You could collect the seeds from the middle of them and try growing them but it would take many years to produce potaoes and hardly worth the bother.
If you meant actual potatoes that have become exposed to the light and turned green, then these can be saved and planted next year.
