can anyone help me?? I have grown a sunflower for my 3 year old Daughter and I have put it into a big pot, but I think it's too big for pot now, will I kill it if I Take it out the pot and plant it into the Garden?

should'nt be a problem, assuming your plant is well grown, wth some compost & a good watering each day in a well drained soil ;)

if you soak the plant and pot for a little while in a big bucket before you move it that will help and water the hole properly.

Watering, as Nosey says, is the trick - make sure the root ball is moist, turn it out of its pot carefully, not disturbing any roots, then pop in the new place, backfill with soil, water well again, and keep watered - the roots will stay in that pot shape for a while before they head off to seek water for themselves.
