Hi I have three bay trees, one which I lost in the winter after the bad frost we had. The other one is my largest and is a standard bay in a pot, always looked healthy but for the past couple of weeks the leaves have gone brown and hard. Not sure what to do, I really don't want to lose this one too,

I have a very large (6m) golden leaved bay which is doing the same. I was putting it down to drought (It has been very dry so far this year) and have started to water it heavily.

maybe get it in the ground it may have to many roots for the pot.
