what needs to be done to the plant after flowering?

On plant Aquilegia vulgaris

Yuo can cut the flowering head out otherwise nothing; it will die back fully to the ground in late autumn.

If it's like my A. chrysantha, it would probably appreciate a feed of kelp meal.

Feeding again, when most don't need to. I'll have to remember that not everyone has nitrogen-eating heat, or heavy watering needs that leach other nutrients, like we do in the desert. MG knows, Guest!
