Hi I have leaf damage on my Photinia, see picture, no sign of any caterpillars, but i do see a green insect with long thin legs a bit like a mini grasshopper, could this be the culprit and if so how do i deal with it , many thanks Ian

Think your culprit is a "Katydid" if you google it, it will show you a picture of the insect you describe.
