The second one is a winter worn Phormium. Hard to tell what the third is--might have to wait for bloom. It looks like Wylieintheazores has the first one's twin brother, but we don't know what that one is either!

Spikes of fuzzy flowers, Ladybug? If so, a Liatris.

I have the third one too - it self-seeds, it's not liatris. I think it's a veronica, but I don't know which.

Yep - confirm Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald Gaiety' for the first one, the second is a Phormium which desperately needs repotting and tidying up, I haven't a clue on the third!

Thanks SBG for putting a name to it - that's what I've got. Now I know it's purple toadflax. I knew about yellow toadflax and creeping toadflax, but you learn something every day. :-)

Google Linaria maroccana sometime, Beattie, and see just how many colors toadflax can be!
