From my experience, it should be easy in Israel, as long as your garden is below 1000 meters of elevation. Warm microclimates will be needed up to 1300 meters, and it should be a pot plant, kept in a cool greenhouse over winter, above that.

Ornithogalum 'Sunshine' seems to be a cultivar of O. dubium, a native of Namibia. If so, it is not frost hardy so it will depend on where you live in Israel on wether you can grow it outside or not. In general though, it will need a well drained soil in part shade. Dry in dormancy but plenty of moisture in growth.
