I have a dwarf pear tree which I have grow in a patio pot it has grow very well, lots of green leave but no fruit its about 2 year old

I presume your tree is flowering but failing to set fruit?
Firstly, pears are not self-fertile. This means you need another one (of a different variety) that flowers at the same time to cross-pollinate it. Either you need to plant another one or get a close neighbour to grow one.
Secondly, pears are slow to get started - ten years is often quoted (mine took nearer twenty!) There is nothing you can do to speed this up so just be patient
