I have a dwarf pear tree which I have grow in a patio pot it has grow very well, lots of green leave but no fruit its about 2 year old

I presume your tree is flowering but failing to set fruit?
Firstly, pears are not self-fertile. This means you need another one (of a different variety) that flowers at the same time to cross-pollinate it. Either you need to plant another one or get a close neighbour to grow one.
Secondly, pears are slow to get started - ten years is often quoted (mine took nearer twenty!) There is nothing you can do to speed this up so just be patient

The pear tree is not flowering, lots of nice green leaves.Also it is self-fertile.
