i found it at a sale thought it was pretty but has no tags on it when i gotit home

The plant you bought is Clerodendrum thomsoniae, a shrubby climber from West Africa sometimes known as the Bleeding Heart Vine.

i am in oxfordshire, should i fleece it up over the winter time.
i have not seen these before so no nothing about them only what i just googled

It's really a houseplant here - bring it in at the end of summer and keep it between 55 and 60 degrees F over winter.

Ofcourse, it's the bleeding heart. They also come in pretty pink and yes, subtropical at least.
