The plant you bought is Clerodendrum thomsoniae, a shrubby climber from West Africa sometimes known as the Bleeding Heart Vine.

Unless you live down south,bring it in when it starts to get cold.It is tender

i am in oxfordshire, should i fleece it up over the winter time.
i have not seen these before so no nothing about them only what i just googled

It's really a houseplant here - bring it in at the end of summer and keep it between 55 and 60 degrees F over winter.

thanks for your help every one i am going to have to find a nice safe place for it away from little fingers.
