There is a salvia specialist in this part of France as he frequently exhibits at plant shows here. I will try to find his address and website to see if he stocks this variety.

Just been on Google and it looks like finding seeds is, indeed, next to impossible. You can buy the plants online though, and they're apparently very easy to take cuttings from. Sorry, can't help other than that. Maybe someone on this site grows it and has spare seeds ....
