Oh, I have got this, but just leaves right now, can't wait to see it in flower, it is very beautiful.

You definitely have the knack for growing these, Dave. I have tried several times without success. I know they are susceptible to rotting if water is allowed to sit in the crown so I have tried to grow them in a sloping position. Is this where I am going wrong or have I missed something more important in their care ?

bought from a garden centre 3 years ago.Just gets better every year.I grow it in a terracotta pot and over winter it in a cold greenhouse.
