Should I dead-head Lewisia?

To try to achieve multiple blooms should I cut the stem after bloom or leave them alone? Has anyone tried to grow L. cotyledon indoors?

Not tried to grow indoors though we have grown in Alpine house. Yes remove the flower heads as they go over to encourage the plant to keep flowering
