I would love to have a Bay like these. I would love to see one sitting in my herb garden for the summer and I have room for one inside for the winter.

Just before my parents sold their house, I managed to grab to very small shoots. These are the two shoots a few years later. I now also have about a dozen small bays, as they had sent new shoots up in their pots.

One of my favourite evergreen herbs, the bay tree can be grown in the garden or in containers, this tree is also hardy and makes stews/soups taste delicious!
3 x pots.
Container grown since we bought it as a young plant in 2004 - had ambitions of growing a standard, but it's developing more of a fan shape, which we are just as pleased with.
Tiny, bought from Haskins April 2008

Nice herb garden, I guess you are probably a good cook too, good to see someone else using te my garden facility, I think it could prove an invaluable record and am trying to train myself in what is most useful to record..
