Re-pot standard bay laurel in November?

Is it possible to re-pot standard bay laurel trees/bushes in containers in November when there is no risk of frost. South of England.

Hi Ron,
Yes it's quite safe to re-pot now, in not too large size pot. Before repotting wash some of the soil off the roots with your finger on the end of the hose to free the roots from the pot shape. Pot up in organic compost firmly. When watering use tepid water with a weak solution of liquid manure.
Ditto your second question.
