love this Iris!The anglosaxons loved it, which shows how long it has been native to Britain.I want some flag iris if i ever have a pond as marginal planting! The yellow petals are beautifully coloured and textured with stripes the one I saw!

From Fran A. around 2005. Front rock garden, side forsythia garden & south side garden. Made new iris bed June 2008 & gave clumps to Marta & Zada.

Hi I`m sure this is the same Iris I planted in my newly formed pond in February this year, as soon as I planted it there was a very hard frost and the pond froze over and I was sure it would die, but it lived to tell the tale! The name of the Iris is IRIS PSEUDACORUS
