Oh you are so lucky and I am so jealous! I absolutely love Avacados! do you have a photo of the full tree? I am curious, reason being, I planted an Avacado stone from one I bought at our local store and out of curiousity I potted it up last October and was amazed that it germinated and now it is about 10 inches tall. I have no idea how to look after it properly and didnt realize they were trees! Mine is in our Conservatory at the moment. I will have to take a photo of it and upload it.
