About me

We are neighbors with my mother-in-law and we have a large back yard, two back yards joined as one. I like to grow plants with beautiful flowers and I also enjoy photography. My "honey" likes to grow plants that we like to eat, such as tomatoes (yummy...I can't wait!), cucumbers, sugar snaps, green beans, chinese long beans (very good, crunchy), canteloupe... He's got some sweet pepper starts going. There are many old fruit trees on the property. The loquat and the avacado trees are enormous and I would guess about 40 years old, at least. Other trees on the property include, pear, grapefruit (2), lemon, orange, tangelo, pineapple guava, persimmon. pine, magnolia, chinese date tree. Plus, I also have a large collection of indoor plants. Orchids are among my favorites. We have a 7 year old Queensland Heeler(dog), Rexi.
