I just found your comment. Yes, this is an amazing flowering plant...however, it doesn't show of the flowers very well...I'm too far away.
The fronds are the common King Palm - Archontophoenix cunninghamiana.

Yes, it is pretty amazing how it can work. I should take another photo of this planting. I really like these plants and this photo doesn't do them justice.
