That’s a very interesting pic.

I hope you survive the monster storm heading toward all of California. It’s actually supposed to be worse here in Southern California.

We may receive 5 plus inches of rain in a few days. That’s half the annual rainfall here in San Diego.

Its going to get stormy tonight(Saturday) with the biggest front so far. Still,it's been a frost free winter and leaves that usually have fallen on the tropicals are hanging on.

My mom said it was rainy and very windy in Hayward.

It was a beautiful, clear and warm day here (Sunday). The storm was delayed till Monday. I’m wondering now if we’re going to receive the crazy record rains.

Very windy yesterday. Nothing of mine was downed, but some with large leaves(Bocconia) had incidental torn leaf. Los Angeles is being hit hard with heavy rains-up to 5" they say.

It was beautiful, clear, warm and windy here yesterday (Sunday). The storm stalled over Los Angeles, Orange and northern San Diego Counties. We were supposed to have had rain between 2 - 4 pm on Sunday. The rain didn’t start until 2:30 pm (Monday) here.

I just saw on tv parts of Los Angeles had almost 12 inches of rain. That’s insane! The rainfall here hasn’t been impressive, yet. We’re expecting 2 to 4 inches, a big difference from the 5 to 9 inches of rainfall originally forecasted.

lol The Bocconia had much more than incidental leaf removal,it's nearly bare. I went by a few leaves on the ground the other day but today I went out there and saw a near nekkid plant-ha.
My big Platycerium grande got knocked off its tree. What a bear to lift that thing.
Lucky no serious damage here or in town.

Wow! That’s crazy!

That last few days we’ve probably had over 2 inches of rain. Everything is very wet…maybe about two more days of off an on showers and it’ll be done for 8 to 9 days. Yay!!! 3.5 to 4 inches (here) of rain in one week is enough! I so glad we didn’t get the 5 to 9 inches of rain originally forecasted!

It is clear with cold mornings around the bay. Near record lows but still above frost burn temps. Spring is March 19th i think it said. Can hardly wait.

It’s going to be in the low 40’s on Sunday early morning, but should be 67 degrees for the high. Upper 60’s to low 70’s for most of next week. Another atmospheric river will possibly develop on Feb 18th here.

It's all low 60's today until Thursday when the rains return. I was hoping for a 70's to show up sometime in Feb. Just have to wait.

I saw some upper 60’s forecasted for the SF Bay Area tomorrow. That’s actually pretty good for this time of year.
It was 64 or 65 degrees here today. It felt very nice after the week-long rain event.
