Fairly sure they are Mesembryanthemums, Holly. Their colours are so bright, I think they are at their best in a pot like this.

Oh! Yes! Xela is right Mesembryanthemums (Livingstone Daisy)
They survived the winter here in the front south facing garden I was suprised as they are a succulant.
