It's perfect San , I was going to say it would look fab by your front door for Xmas but I wouldn't put it past someone to walk off with it :o(

8 Nov, 2010

thanx amy, i did think about the front door myself and even though we dont seem to get anything going missing around here, you just dont know, so leaving it at the back.

very pretty holly Sandra. Nice to have the berries. I bought some Christmas cards last week. I shall have to start writing them soon. Just got the first part of the Morrisons CHristmas deal of spend £40 and keep the receipt..then another few to go and you get £30 at the end of it. Putting a few things by in the store cupboard now as I don't like the mad dash for food nearer Christmas. I just have a quiet shop just before the holiday and get my vegg from the greengrocers on the 23rd or 24th.

I have a holly like this - last year it wasn't looking very good at all but instead of chucking it I planted other side of fence (a little green there) then the other day it looked amazing so I went back round and dug it back out and replanted it.
