That was the problem, G. I really wanted the same ones I had last year, which came on time and were lovely. Only T&M were doing them this year. I'll do without next year! Simply not worth the price. :-((

T & M really need to improve on their plants and customer service, The amount of poor comments that I have read on GoY over this company makes me wonder how they are still in business! I have used Spaldings and found them very good so far. I won't be ordering from T&M.

No - don't! I think they advertise well, send out sooooo many catalogues and fliers that they're very high profile. Also - they supply many of the 'special offers' in magazines amd newspapers, so I always read the small print now, and steer clear.

You cannot put a price on good customer satifaction, so why are they not listening when there are so many dissatified people out there? Any amount of great advertising is only hot air, if they cannot back up the quality of service they supply....basic good business commom sense really! Sorry Spritz, I am on my soapbox, lol, but we put a lot of faith in these plant companies, it is sad to know that not all of them try to achieve the same high standards as others out there. :~((

I don't suppose that a v.v.v. large company like them take a lot of notice of people complaining, do you? We all ought to boycott them - that would make them think and improve!
