Yes, I know they love San Jose. Many were planted years ago around San Jose International Air Port. It should do well all around the warmer parts of the Bay Area.

They planted these all around San Jose State...SJ looks like Los Angeles nowadays. Palms and GBOP everywhere and some huge Auracaria's. And in summer,warm.
