Lovely looking place there - 'fraid the winters are far too cold for an old dodger like me! Need the Mediterranean sun during the winters! (To warm mi ol' bones, yer know!) :-D

TY. Its a darling little place and across the street from the river beach. Almost a dead end corner so private for being right downtown by a bridge. I believe it was 300,000. Its four lots. I just love this old Alaska style garden!

I don't blame anyone for that Balcony, the old owners might have spent winters in the Hawaii. Many here do.
