Thanks so much for the kind comments Buzzbee, I'm glad you like what you see, more importantly I'm glad you've been inspired to go create your own special haven. That's why I love this website. So many different styles of gardening to see, you can't help but get inspired by something.!
As far as my gardening goes, I wish I could say I followed landscaping protocol, and planned every plant, structure, and yard ornament on paper long before it went in the ground, but I would obviously be lieing. If I had, I'm sure it would look alot better..lol.

This is just perfect Flcrazy - those shots of your garden that put plants in their context really move me. The Acer is lovely - the agedness of the wood and the kerria all go to make a composition together with the ornament which really adds to the scene - this is how I want my gardens to look.
