Prettiest Alpines!

Firstly, apologies for not being able to make too many comments on blogs and pics recently, have been off line a while and now I look to see just how much you all have put on, it’s quite hard to catch up!!
Now I have my computer ‘back!’ I thought I’d share a few pics of these lovely alpines. On Sunday my folks and I decided to visit Harlow Carr.
We were’t sure if there would be much to see being so early in the year and we were pleasantly surprised!
There were spring bulbs of course and Heathers and lots of dogwoods. There were animals for the kiddies (and the grown up ones!)
But what really took my breath away was the alpine house. As I’ve taken so many photos I will upload them and not make comments because they are all so very pretty and I have tried to get the names in the photos as well…..I see that making the pics smaller they have lost the clarity they initially had….hope you get the idea as to how gorgeous they were..

And all that without buying a plant, I can’t believe it!!
