Autumn with no computer!

Hi everyone (who knows of me!!) I have been missing the communication which comes from GoY as I still haven’t got around to having my puppy munched and virus attacked computer mended.
am also missing the opportunity to post photos and living near a beautiful arbouretum that’s pretty frustrating as the Acers at Westonbirt are glorious.
So I thought I would just say hello and happy atumn to you all.

My garden is full of asters, bright pink, and grasses and left over skeltons of months old alliums! I have curved and widened one of my borders and still have yet to move my day lilies and Iris’s, will do asap!

Pond, terrible, fishies have been dying, so maybe time to keep it just as a willife pond with newts frogs and toads! Good thing about that is being able to remove the heron wire which always gets in the way!!

Sluggy pup very naughty indeed, she is big, bold, stubborn, and a little nervous of men!? Sometimes I wish we had sold ALL our puppies as three IS a bit of a handful!!

And just a last wee mention to those of you who have been kind enough to like my mosaics…………My dear OH, in his kindness………and without asking me…..has gone a booked a stall at cheltenham races. Its a big fair and very posh and expensive and I am terrified!!!! I don’t enjoy showing off my work in that way and am terrible at selling. I only have ten ready pieces, so I am going to have my work cut out for the next few weeks!! Am also running out of glass to make the pieces with and it’s very expensive stuff!

Oh dear!

Missing you all

best wishes Lulu

I'm sure you'll get into the swing of things when you have all your mosaics sorted and it will turn into a great adventure, Lulu. You'll feel a great sense of accomplishment attending such a big event and drinking in the compliments on your handiwork.

Wishing you luck...with your mosaics and your computer...and your 3 pooches too....lol

Good luck with selling your work. I can understand how nervous you are. I have been thinking of selling the pottery I make but I'm too self concious lol.

I hope you can get your computer fixed soon. I miss you on here aswell.

Thanks Whistonlass! This morning I smashed over £330 of stained glass, such fun! Got some beautiful coloures, textures and opalized glass. Pity am going to be away for a week, need to get working!
