I need to get out more ! I’ve spent most of this dismal p.m. trying to load up these pics for Hywel , and all who like cactus .

Again , I afraid , I can’t delete it
Another veiw , the mill in the background was used to grind up the volcanic rock so that it was friable to grow on .
I’ve got some more to put up , but I’m quite pleased with my own first effort . Perhaps an old dog can be taught new tricks , after all .

Well done Driad your photo's are grand, I have to say I am now wondering how much bigger mine would get if I didn't have them confined in their pots, wonder how old some of the ones are in your pics...
Its dreadful here today, rained all day now 9pm and its snowing........

Thanks Hywel , Terra and Lincs , I'll have another go tomorrow , I've been too busy today .
The weather is just grim . The wind is cutting , and we are getting flurries of the white stuff ; if it gets serious it will stick .
